How do I request a return?

To start your return, please fill out our online form at https://badlandsranch.com/returns/ — If you’d prefer to reach out directly to our customer service team, you can reach them via email at support@badlandsranch.com or call us at (888) 872-4522.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard ground shipping for all U.S. (Domestic) orders over $49. To meet the $49 minimum, your cart total must be $49 after discounts.

How do I track my order?

The moment we ship out your order, we'll email you the tracking number and link so you can track your package right to your front door.

Note: Please know that tracking sometimes takes 1-3 business days to update.

How does the return process work?

We're committed to making our return process as easy as possible.


  • First, start a return using our online form.
  • If you are within the money-back guarantee period, we'll email you a return authorization number (“RA #”)* and the additional information you need to start a return.
  • You'll ship back bags or jars at your expense. Be sure to hang on to your bags or jars, as they must be returned to receive a complete refund.
  • Your refund will be processed once your returned product(s) has arrived at our shipping facility.

*Any shipments that do not contain a return form or RA # will NOT be refunded and will be destroyed.
